Michelle Dawn Hannah. I am a twenty-year-old artist from Glasgow studying Fine Art Photography at the Glasgow School of Art. I grew up in a TV, video world and this is the only reality I am aware of. The rise of reality TV where anyone can be famous for anything fascinates me. The fact that the recent IRAQ war was turned in to a 24 hours reality show with the viewing public becoming arm chair generals (basically vacant and visceral), is a very dangerous warning for our consumer culture. That we became almost bored of its constant coverage is quite alarming. I do also video work, mainly based around found video/TV excerpts I have recorded.
